Free clinic for students, staff, and families. School-required immunizations plus flu and COVID-19.

Shoreline School District is hosting the WA State Department of Health Care-a-Van for a community vaccination clinic.
 

  • Do you have a child entering kindergarten in the fall who needs school-required immunizations?
  • Do you have an older student who needs to stay up to date on their vaccines?
  • Do you or does someone in your household need a COVID-19 or flu shot?

Attend this free vaccination event and check one or more of these off your to-do list and help keep your family and our community healthy!

Shoreline School District Vaccination Event

Care-a-Van services are available at no cost to children 6 months through 18 years. Adults ages 19 and up with health insurance may be billed for flu and/or COVID-19 vaccinations depending on their plan. 

Vaccines available:

  • Childhood vaccines available for ages 6 months through 18 years.

  • COVID-19 and flu vaccine available for those 6 months and up.

Interpreters will be on site for those who speak Spanish and Amharic.

Pre-register for an appointment time

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, but walk-ins welcome! Please bring proof of insurance and vaccine card, if available. Visit myirmobile.com to access your vaccine records. 

  • Pfizer and Moderna available, including bivalent boosters
  • No ID or insurance required
  • Please bring vaccine card/record or visit https://waverify.doh.wa.gov/ to get a copy sent to your phone

HealthierHere Community Hub will be On Site

General Info about the hub: The HealthierHere Community Hub matches individuals with culturally and linguistically appropriate Care Coordinators from our Hub network to provide Care Connect Washington services. Eligibility is open to all King County residents who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and are looking for care coordination support and coordination is free of charge.  Benefits include service coordination, health education, coaching, goal setting, action planning, and system navigation. Care Coordinators from our Care Coordination Agencies work with clients over three to six months and check in regularly to help clients achieve their goals. Information is provided to clients in their preferred language.
